Support Your People

Friends are not friends, and family is not family. People only support people they want to support regardless of whether they like you. A stranger off the street will support you before a friend or family member will just because it's you doing it. They see you trying to do something positive with your life, so they refuse to support you. I call these people jealous because "WHY"? They will support you when you are not on your shit, but as soon as you start doing good, they run. It is sad, but it is the fact of the reality. When you know that people are not supporting you when you know you would support them, cut them off, friends and family included.
